My mission is to make healthcare fun! We all know what it takes to be healthy (eating the right foods, exercising and managing stress). However, the tough part is actually doing those activities. In this high paced, technologically driven, sedentary society, health is often overlooked until there is a problem. Statistically, America has more doctors and nurses, more medicine, conducts more surgery, has the best technology, spends the most on healthcare; yet, ranks among the lowest in health statistics when compared to the rest of the world. The mentality that true health comes from a miracle pill or some expensive, life changing gimmick is why our health care system is failing.
In reality, true health comes from within. It’s having an awareness of making the right decisions and having accountability for those actions; both responsibilities, I teach very seriously in my practice. Working together with the medical community, my mission is to provide a structured and innovative, modern day approach to help patients improve their overall quality of life, without adding anything unnaturally to the body or subtracting anything unnecessarily from the body.
